Return and Delivery Policy

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY CAREFULLY. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW.


Return policy

Time limit: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you received the product. No refund or exchange will be accepted after the deadline.

Condition: Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received – unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Personal hygiene items must be properly cleaned before return.

Items not accepted for return (due to hygiene reasons):

  • underwear

  • Underwear/Pajamas

  • Tights/stockings

  • Certain skin care and beauty products


Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@lucyrose-maryland.com , and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if the product is defective or damaged)

  • Contact


Refund

Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to let you know whether your refund request has been approved.

  • If your refund is approved, we will refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days .

Refund delayed or not received:

  1. Please check your bank account or payment platform first.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we are not responsible for any loss of return shipping.
Returns must be sent back to our Hong Kong warehouse or designated partner address, and the cost depends on the logistics company.


Exceptions

  • Defective or wrong item: If the item you received is defective or wrong, we will replace it free of charge.

  • If the same problem happens again, we will arrange a full refund for you.

  • Order cancellation: Due to automatic processing by the system, the order cannot be cancelled after it is placed.


Shipping and Delivery Information – Lucy & Rose Maryland

Processing Time: All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process. Most weekday orders ship within 1 business day . Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take longer.

Delivery time : Average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days .
International orders: Average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days (depending on region, courier and customs clearance).

Note: During holidays, peak seasons, or global logistics delays, delivery times may be extended to up to 30 days .
